If you’re here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worried about your child or teen, and you're looking for someone who can help make sense of it all. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, parenting challenges, big life transitions, or simply feeling off and unsure why, I’m here to walk with you.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in therapy and psychological assessment for children, teens, young adults, and older adults. My work is rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. I also draw from a values‑centered, whole‑person perspective that honors the mind, body, and spirit. My approach is always personalized, compassionate, and grounded in real life. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling more supported, more equipped, and more understood.

Clients often come to me for help with challenges related to ADHD, autism, anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, self-esteem, relationship struggles, life transitions, or trying to shed the quiet weight of perfectionism. I also offer parenting support and coaching for families feeling lost in the day-to-day stress of raising bright and challenging kids.

My faith shapes the way I show up as a therapist — not by directing the content of our work, but by grounding me in compassion, humility, and a deep belief in each person’s inherent worth. I see therapy as a place where people can explore meaning, purpose, and identity in whatever way feels true to them. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and beliefs, and I’m committed to creating a space where your values are present in the therapy room.

I grew up in the mountains of Northern California and now share life with my husband who is my best friend. I value connection, growth, and honesty. I love being outside in nature, weightlifting, driving fast cars, and eating a daily dose of Costco popcorn. My top priorities are faith first, family second, and career third.

If you’re ready to take the next step, or even if you're just exploring, I’d be honored to meet you right where you are.

There is meaning in every journey that is unknown to the traveler.
